I would have said I had most (gas) symptoms after rye (looking back). What food has only "barley malt" and not anything else gluteny? I can't remember the brand of rye crisp -a Norwegian 12" circular wasa-type cracker I used to eat, but it likely also had wheat come to think of it. Rye bread probably does, too (those dark heavy thin slices with turkey used to be a fave).
