Welcome to the Team! Good for you that you realize that you have to change your lifestyle. I know it is hard but it can be done. You will do this. We all will do this. Again, welcome to the Team!
to have you! Congratulations on taking care of yourself. SP is great for being accountable to yourself. When you don't feel like doing it alone - just post and we'll try to help.
BTW, cheaters never prosper . You must not have pain when you cheat or it's worth it to you? I hope you realize your dreams while you're here.

First of all welcome to the team. You can do it.
"Time and health are two precious assets that we don't recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted."
Hello everyone. I was diagnosed with Celiacs 10 years ago and still have trouble. Let me first start by saying that I am lazy, I have cheated. Those days that I see my family eat "normal" are the most frustrating. I recently have had a lot of obstacles in my life. With obstacles come choices. I haven't made the best choices lately.
A friend of mine was recently told that she is on the brink of a heart attack if she doesn't change her ways. She is two years younger than me. We are very similar in shape and eating habits, except she does not have CD.
I know we are two totally different people, but hey, whatever it takes to wake me up.
So yesterday I signed up on SP and am motivated to change. I love all the information and best of all its FREE!!
I look forward to changing the rest of my life.
What a wake up call.
