Hi Blackdoghiker -
You could try to use SP mealplans and substitute gf entries for the gluten ones? I don't know anyone who has tried this, but take a look.
I really recommend you look at any of the books suggested by other team members in our "suggestions" thread ... Gluten-Free Living for Dummies, by Danna Korn, is a fast and comprehensive read and helped me even after I was 6 months gf. Heck, after two years, I'm still learning: esp from others' experiences.
If you like a particular brand of food, I'd enter it in a google search with the word "gluten" to see if there are any hits for "talk" about it's gluten-freeness, or of course, call the manufacturer directly.
Also, check www.csaceliacs.org/chapters.php
for local support group support! You can learn a lot about shopping and food prep from local gf folk.
