I don't know where to look for local food and resources, what page do I go to? I just can't seem to find things well. I entered the name on search and it came back with no site being found. Thanks for your help.

I am so glad to join this group. I've thought for about a year now that I must have gluten intolerance. I have almost all the symptoms except bloody stool. I have had floating stools for years but didn't make a connection with gluten. My doctor gave me B12 injections last year {I felt terribly rundown at the time} She told me then that I needed to give myself injections every month but I didn't follow up. I also have the headaches and generally feel miserable. I need to know what to stay away from and any other help I can get.
