I suppose I should explain a lil more... I'm only 28 and have never learned to cook. So, now having diet restrictions makes it complicated. I love those food groups and have ate them and paid later... Hmm...

1. Don't fret. You might actually save some $. 2. Start cooking from scratch. No more pre-packaged box foods. 3. You can most likely still have corn, rice, potatoes. There are a lot of flours out there made from other things than wheat. Check out Bob's Red Mill. They make an awesome brownie mix and chocolate chip cookie mix. 4. There are 3 other food groups (5 if you count sweets and fats!) :) There are lots of recipes on this site and a lot of info out there, just don't be afraid to look. We have even found several GF bed & breakfast places.

To fellow friends who are living gluten-free ;) Help me please! I can't figure out how to cook or what to eat yet... Just recently found out that I shouldn't be eating any grain type stuff kind of makes it challenging and costly to say the least. Trying to live a whole new way of eating...
