I started a new team for people who have already lost a good amount of weight but still have a long way to go.
If you need to lose 75lbs or more and have been consistently losing weight for 4-6 months, you probably need to give your body a break to get used to the new healthier you in anticipation of a next 4-6 month continued weight loss period. This is a great way to prevent gaining back everything you lost - with interest - as soon as you relax.
Of course, people who already have reached their goal weight but still need help maintaining are welcome too, although the first goal of this team is to be here for people who are not so lucky that they already reached their healthy weight goal. Some of us - like myself - it may take another
2 years before they reach a healthy BMI and can maintain
it for the rest of their life.
