Aggravation I personally also do not do well on the PDM and have used the Protein Powder for over 5 years instead. It is also good to know that many people do detox the first week or so on the program which can cause nausea & headaches ...you need lots of water at least 10 cups per day to ensure your body can clear those toxins thru your system...I also recommend when you have an issue that you start with one shake a day for the first week and then add a second in slowly until your body has detoxed. There is something in the PDM that upsets my stomach, So far this is the only thing that I can pinpoint that does it. That is the only thing that I am doing any different and I have tried it for three days and I cant do it. The first two days I didnt even keep it down. day three was severe nausea. That an awful lot of money to spend to lose it shortly after finishing it.
What is PB2? I thought you were referring to the Protein Drink Mix PDM which we call Herbalife milk:) it can be used with the Formula 1 if you prefer to make your shakes with water...thnx Leah for the heads up on this... 2 scoops of Formula 1 & 2 scoops of PDM and 1 cup of water & some ice makes a perfect shake and if I use Protein Powder i do 2 scoops of Formula 1 & 1 scoop of Protein Powder and 1 1/2 cups of liquid usually lactose free skim milk or almond milk & 1/2 cup frozen fruit:)
Aggravation do you have a Herbalife coach? The person who is providing you with the products will be able to help you...if you wish to have some added help you can also go to www.herbalifewlc.com and they have 12 weeks of info week 1 and 2 have no passwords and your coach can give you the other passwords. The other key thing to remember is that you need a tape measure... you cannot just judge results with a scale...i went from a size 18 to a size 6 & that was 5 years ago and have maintained my weight loss and i am 60 years old...there were months that the scale hardly moved but the inches were substantial...remember you are building muscle and losing fat...you need to measure yourself to be encouraged and judge by how the clothes fit...also ask your coach to do a body analysis...it can be done also on www.herbalife.com where it says 'is my body weight healthy'...the best mydear!

I am using the formula 1 chocolate Healthy Meal shake. I am taking the multivitamin three times a day in addition to the cell u loss. I am using PB2 instead of the protein pwder Herbalife offers. I dont know what else to add or subtract from my diet. I drink all my water and I use water in the shakes in a shaker. I have added some of the DiVinci Sugar Free syrup and I like it but I am afraid I am not doing it right, HELP!!!! What should I add as far as more supplements go or anything else that any feels is necessary.....I am new to this so wanna do it right I am just having to do it on a budget!!
