Welcome! I just finished a workout in Pilates.... Pick Your Level Pilates dvd to be exact. So far, so good!

I have the 30 day shred as well. I like the buttlift right now because Lord knows I need it =) it is a hard workout. The first day or so I really almost passed out but it does get easier add everything does once you get stronger and m more fit.
