My name is Kim and have several reasons why chose to workout at home. First, money is tight, Then there is always my job schedule. I work 7 days on then 7 days off at night so it leaves little time in a busy mom's schedule for a gym. My husband works crazy hours so that leaves me with little support with taking care of our son. Luckily my job has a lot of down time so I can do a workout video there (the week on my job feels like a second home). I also have problems with one of my shoulders and I can't lift any sort of weight over it without risking it dislocating.
