Hello everyone, My name is Jay, I'm a 25-year-old electrical mechanic from The Netherlands. I'm looking to lose around 13 KG (28 pounds) and I'm going to be doing this by working out at home. I've had a set of dumbbells, a barbell, resistance band, and some gripper/squeezer devices laying around for a while, but I guess it's finally time to really put some work into them. :)
