I just use my living room as my workout area. I'm doing TurboFire right now. Love it! I'll definitely get other workout programs in the future. Not sure which ones yet.

Welcome DKAPPLEJACKS1,

Yes, sparkpeople is a great place to be. You will find all kinds of support throughout the site to help you become fit and healthy. Do you have a home gym? What kind of workouts do you do? I have a home gym in a spare room in my house. I have a seated and a standing elliptical, plus loads of DVDs. Some of my favorite DVDs are Walk Away The Pounds (Leslie Sansone), QiGong (Lee Holden exercisetoheal.com), the Biggest Loser Walking DVD, and AM Yoga (Rodney Yee). Still I find it hard to get going in a workout. Once I'm over the first minute it's clear sailing, but boy it's a challenge for me. I have been with sparkpeople for a few years but didn't really use much of it til this last few months so I'm kind of a "born-again sparker". Tell us all about your workout space and what you do for exercise. Bye for now.
