Wow! You have been through a lot!!

Good for you taking some time for yourself and using it to get healthier! I agree, walking is a great place to start for most folks, is walking an approved exercise for you?

Walking is great to start with! Or maybe you can do exercise bikes? (often used for physio pts with back injury but as always check with your Dr.)

Hi, I'm a grandmother raising 3 of my grandchildren (all boys). After having 2 back surgeries in 8 months and now not being able to work I started to gain weight. All my life I have worked and never had a weight problem. Going for 120 lbs. to 150 lbs. has been a great shock to me. My goal is to become more active again, exercise and change my horrible eating habits. I want to get back to 120 lbs. or even better 115. I still have to be careful of the kinds of exercise that I do but I can't just stop and give up.
