Welcome from Michigan! I am also the mother of 2 daughters although they are older - 11 & 14, but they keep me quite busy with their activities. To start incorporating fitness into your daily schedule - go on bike rides with the girls (while the weather is still good in the midwest). Take walks with them, go to the park, just run around with them. It's good for all of you. There are many resources on SP for short workouts - I bought the SP 10 minute workout DVD and like it.

Hello my name is Vanessa from OHIO I have been married 8 years and have 2 little girls Olivia And Anastasia 5 and soon to be three. I just found out I have HIGH Estrogen HIGH Insulin and LOW thyroid and the doctor has put me on a 1,200cal diet a day. I have cut out all pasta and I eat very little bread. They put me on Metforin a Diabetics medication to try to get the Insulin to break down and be evenly distributed. I have so far in one week on this 1,200 cal diet lost 10.5 Lb I am now 252lbs and my goal weight for August 11-August 12 is to get to 165lb in one year. I KNOW that's a BIG jump in numbers but I AM going to do it~! Please do feel free to email me , add me as a friends ...I need all the support I can get :O).
