to the team! You have done fabulous on your weight loss so far Lillian!
I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing. Agatha Christie ----------------------- Kierae
Welcome Lillian! This is a nice place for support and help. From what I've heard and understand, the healthier you are, the easier it is for the transitioning. Of course it helps with plenty of things along the way.

Hi everyone! I'm Lillian and I'm a 28 year-old (29 in a few days) trans-woman currently living in SC due to grad school, but I've lived most of my life in the St. Louis area and still spend at least a couple months there every year.
Although I'm attracted to men, I've been single my whole life and don't anticipate exploring relationships until I'm much further along in transitioning.
From junior year of high school onwards, I've struggled with depressive binge-eating and peaked at around 225lbs while in college. At the beginning of 2012, I was sitting at 210 lbs and finally decided to take control of my life by transitioning and getting healthy. I made good progress, but for the last several months, I've been kind of stalled-out in the 160's so hopefully being here and seeing you all do wonderful things will help motivate me to continue my efforts to reach my goal of around 140 lbs.
