Okay, here I am...a newbie.
Beginning November 1, 2012...I started a self-imposed weight-loss regimen which includes severe daily calorie restrictions (1000-1500), minimum of 68-oz of water/day, and incorporating something new in my life -- exercise! I joined a fitness center almost two weeks ago, and have gone ever since. I currently only use the treadmill and a stationary bike. Eventually, I will begin other stuff like upper arm strength and leg strength weights use (although I don't want to become musclebound).
I currently live in Arkansas but have lived in Dallas, San Francisco, Carlsbad NM, Jefferson City MO, and Columbus OH. At some point this year (if all goes well), I will be permanently relocating back to Columbus OH to be with my life partner.
I'm not religious. I VOTE. Politically, I consider myself a conservative liberal, with some unorthodox views on some things. I am a non-conformist and independent-minded. I question the status-quo and authority whenever possible.
