Hi, Becca, and welcome. Don't feel bad about starting over. You're in the same boat with a lot of us--big, small, old, young, you name it. Persistence is the key. And the research shows that if you visit the message boards, post on them, track your food, and all the stuff they tell you to do, you'll be more successful. I love the virtual friends I have made at SP. You will, tool.
The difference between truth and fiction is that fiction has to make sense.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jer. 29:11 (NIV)
Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the mornings, Satan shudders and says "Oh, no, she's awake!"

My name is Becca Smith, and I am a 20 year old college student. This is the third time I have tried spark people, but the first two times I didn't take time to get to know anyone or make any spark friends. I am determined to be more successful this time. My short term goal is to lose 25lbs, but in the long term my goal is to lose 50lbs. If you would like to talk, I'd love to get to know you!
