Motivation comes in so many forms. You need to find the best one, your kids? your health? the secret dress you want to wear? your crush? shock your husband or boyfriend? For me it was time, I lost my husband, my kids are all grown up and I decided, you know I have been living my live my way for a while now but now let's find someone to share it with. I am 42 and been a widow for 7 years. Let's get out there and really get back to what my husband would expect me to be. I am doing it for me, to be the real me again, not hid my hurt from losing him anymore. So you need to find out what you truly want to lose your weight for and stick to it. Even if you have to take time out of your crazy schedule to write a note to yourself random thoughts about why until you find out, do it, then you will succeed.
