DS is right you post you need help or support, tons of us jump on to help. I know I do, even to complete strangers. That is what makes Spark different from other programs we want to help each other and support each other.
I think the key is to ask for help when you need it. When you are feeling a lack of motivation post that you need help and I am sure you will find it from someone. If you ask a quetion of me I will tell you what works for me but that might not work for you but if you post that you need help someones avice should hit home and you'll know it's right for you.
Elvira is right. Motivation is personal, and you can only do this for yourself.
Also, find a good support system. A team here on Spark where you can go and say "I'm haveing a rough day." Or just to vent. If you have a friend, neighbor, or family member you can talk to and not feel judged.

Motivation comes in so many forms. You need to find the best one, your kids? your health? the secret dress you want to wear? your crush? shock your husband or boyfriend? For me it was time, I lost my husband, my kids are all grown up and I decided, you know I have been living my live my way for a while now but now let's find someone to share it with. I am 42 and been a widow for 7 years. Let's get out there and really get back to what my husband would expect me to be. I am doing it for me, to be the real me again, not hid my hurt from losing him anymore. So you need to find out what you truly want to lose your weight for and stick to it. Even if you have to take time out of your crazy schedule to write a note to yourself random thoughts about why until you find out, do it, then you will succeed.
Ashley here. I've been on spark people since last August. All that I have done is go up and down and end up 5 pounds less than I started. I've decided that I am going to start over again and really lose the weight this time. My problem is that I can't seem to stay motivated. Any ideas?
