Enjoy! You will love it! But, for your body's sake, do not push yourself faster than your body will let you. Taking it slow helps to prevent injuries. Have fun!

I agree! Try classes if you can. StudioVeena.com also offers online courses when your DVDs aren't challenging you enough. And, welcome!!!

Welcome to the pole team! Sounds like you are enjoying your new pole. That's great that you have you own pole already. You might want to try a few classes if there is a pole studio in your area.

I am very interested in learning pole fitness. I purchased a pole and ordered a DVD. I feel like I have no coordination and it get dizzy quick, but it is very freeing and I want to do it more every time. I still feel so self concious, but getting braver!

This time it is for ME!
