Hello everyone! I actually just attended my first (of 8 weeks) pole class this week. I absolutely loved it! I kind of wish I had a pole at home, so I could practice my new moves, but it's probably a good thing that I allow my body some time to heal between sessions. :)
I've been poking around the team postings to get ideas and see what everyone is doing. Don't mind me.
