Hi There
I am happy to join and learn from everyone as I am interested in pole dancing as a fitness tool. I saw it on the Martha Stewart show one morning and started to google pole dancing for the home. Please let me know where to buy a home pole. Also how is everyone doing with weight loss and building muscle. I think it would be very beneficial. Look for to learning from everyone.
