I don't remember how my measurement in high school was taken (with or without shoes) I would assume with shoes. Hopefully it's just posture or something, but I do have a physical scheduled for next Tuesday!!

My body fat was at 30.1% which was 1.5% less than my home scale so it was nice surprise, but I still have a long ways to go!! =-) Thanks for asking!

that's a lot to have lost in such a short time. if it's not a difference of with/without shoes you might want to chec with your dr about bone loss.
Oh, and how did the body fat calcualtion turn out?

Maybe it was just physician error(either past or present). But if not, keep that calcium in check so it can't continue. It's cute to be a "little old lady" but if you're already short and shrinking you'll be in BIG TROUBLE by then! LOL!Oh and if it makes you feel any better, you've got about one inch on me :)

Hello everyone, my name is Jen and I am 5'.25"..lol..I went in for an appt at my gym to do my body fat testing tuesday and he asked my height and I confidently replied 5'1.5" and he said well let's double check to make sure we are as accurate as possible, no problem...and I only measured 5'.25"!! I am 27 yrs old and have shrunk 1.25 inches in 9 years (since High School). That is just crazy to me...scary!! =)

Anyhow, I just had to share that story! I have always enjoyed being short..I find I can squeeze my way through a crowd easier that way! ;)

Good luck on you weight loss goals everyone!!
