Welcome to SP, Ashley! I think you're really going to like it. Whether you comment on threads, use the trackers, blog, find recipes, meet friends, join challenges, etc., etc., there's so much to offer everyone. What's neat, too, is that everybody is at a different place in their journey: some are just getting started, others have lost and are getting healthier with every day, and others are at goal and are trying to maintain their loss. You are beautiful and just think of how happy you're going to be as you lose whatever weight you hope to lose and get healthier! :) It will be a great feeling! Welcome Ashley! I absolutely love SparkPeople and its really helped me out so much! I am 4'11" (and that's stretching it!) and I've got about 110 lbs to lose. I've lost 32 lbs so far in the past few months and I credit alot of that to SparkPeople because it keeps me accountable and there is great support here. I'm newer to the 5'3" and Under team but I've been on other teams for a while (Fibromyalgia).
I hope you like here on SP and make it work for you. Its a great program ability to track whatever you personally need to track is awesome!
