Hi! I am a relatively new member. I needed to lose 20 pounds and have lost almost 15 so far. While I'm at a comfortable weight now, my weight has gone up & down since I was 19 years old (I am now 41). Back in 1997, I joined Weight Watchers and weighed-in at 161 pounds. I tend to do okay losing weight b/c I can focus and get excited when I start seeing the pounds melt off. I have a terrible time maintaining however!! I follow the PointsPlus b/c it works for me, but I don't want to pay the $$ for WW on-line. When I dscovered Spark People, I was so pleased! Love it so much more than WW... And it's free!!!
