Thank you, Ma'am! You totally feel my pain. I was self-concious for 6 months after reaching my goal, simply because I needed to build my muscle mass up. I was training for a half-marathon and was devoting my time to running more than strength training. I got "are you eating enough" a lot. The funny thing was I was eating MORE THAN EVER!
I think I have found a happy balance now between running and strength training. I do full body ST twice a week (30 minutes), do 2 (30 minute) cardio sessions, and when I can, a long run on the weekend (an hour to a hour and a half).
I understand about being off schedule. When I work, I do great. If I'm off I slack. It is when I'm my busiest that I am best in all areas. Weird.
Again, best of luck to you!

When I get around your weight people start asking me if I'm sick. "Are you eating enough?" Why yes, I am. I just happen to not be eating two people's meals lol..Congrats for breaking the bank on your dream goal. I can't wait until I'm there! What are you doing for fitness? I've kinda been slacking in that area lately. I work a college schedule and I'm on spring break right now. The lack of routine throws me off. We'll see what I did for loss. Another congrats for your awesome maintanice. Thanks for the welcome!

Sounds like a perfect, yet ambitious, goal to me. I started with the Spark at 160 and had a "dream goal" of 120. I have been moving between 117 and 118 this winter. Last summer, at my highest fitness level, I was 115. I am 5' 2.75". I would love to get back to 115. I don't know if it is muscle mass or motivation that is holding me back at this point. I was definitely eating very clean then and avoiding alcohol all together.
Good luck to you!

Hey Team! I'm excited to find this team because I feel like people on other teams think that my goal weight is unreasonable. The reality is that I'm just short. 115 is not a bad goal for a girl who is only 5'3''. I'm a shortikins people. Pocket sized fun over here!! Just kidding, but really it is nice to fall in line with a group of people that share similar experiences and challenges! Can't wait to reach my goal and to help you reach yours any way I can!!
