Hey there. I've been on a great plan for around 18 weeks or so now. I've gotten great results! I was also around 130 and my goal is about the same. I'm about half way down so far and still going. I woudl love to help motivate you any way that I can. What is it that you find is the toughest to stick with?

I just joined a few weeks ago... looks like we are about the same weight and have the same goal... I stick to 1000-1200 cals 4-5 days/ week, then relax the restrictions on weekends(within reason). It works much better for me than the 1250-1400 cals they recommend. I gain weight on that many calories. Good Luck!

I hear you! I haven't been a member for long, but unfortunately my busy life has been so interruptive of a regular schedule, I can't seem to stick with it like I'd planned. I am also looking for a good, swift kick in the ______...if you know what I mean. I need motivation in a BAD way!!!

Hi! I've been a member since February and lost 4 lbs and gained it back, very frustrating. Finally took all my charts and such from SP to my doctor and she made some recommendations. I still track everything on SP to keep on track. I've been in a plateau for the last few weeks, hoping to shake it this week! Good Luck to you!

I am new to the team but not new to SP. I have lost my exercise/healthy mojo! I have been slacking for a few months now and have watched my weight creep back up to almost where it was last year. I am trying to get back into the swing of things but it's more difficult this time for some reason. I am just looking for a new team that has active posters and a good support system. If anyone is looking for a buddy I am interested in finally making this a daily part of my life. I need to get my spark back in a big way! Thanks for listening!
