Hello my name is latotzke and have been losing weight and working out. I started beck's diet solution and need an accountability partner. I also need someone to help me when I have the need to eat when I am tired.
I have already lost 16 lbs in the last 3 months and 18 lbs before that which took me a while until my thyroid meds got adjusted. I refuse to quit. Come to hard.
