Thanks for your encouragement. I am now 64 and my highest weight was 170 when I was 60. I am 4'10". I still have a ways to go but I need to do it for me and for my health. I had more major dental work done last year and just last week got the okay sign that all was well. Now no excuses for soft foods constantly in my diet which leads to lots of vanilla ice cream, mashed potatoes!

Hey everyone!!

My name is Sheree and I live in GA. I'm 5'0", almost 45 yrs old and determined to live my life in a healthy way.

My largest size was 165lbs...I was very unhappy and had no energy whatsoever.

On Jan 2011, I weighed 160 & wore a size 16. I was miserable and couldn't walk up stairs without being winded.

On April 1 2011, I joined SP and made a committment to change my life.

TODAY, I now weigh 122 & wear a size 6. I eat better & I do cardio (run/walk) every single day. I am the healthiest I've ever been in my life (even when I was "skinny").

My challenge is to maintain my weight range during the fall/winter (this is where I've typically gained weight in the past). I'm going to need your support to hold me accountable.

If I can do it, YOU can do it.
