to the team Carmen. I know what that is like to have great results only to see them vanish away because we forget that it was supposed to be a lifestyle change! That is what happened to me as well, and last year I recommitted to coming back to SP and doing it right this time. I have managed to keep off the 20 pounds I lost last year within a pound or two and now am fighting for the last 10-15 pounds (those are the ones that SUCK!).
Anyway, hope you enjoy your STAY at healthy weight this time.

As many of the others have stated, I'm not new to SP either. I've been here since 2006. But I'm new to posting in the team. I was gonna jump right in and comment but I thought I'd at least introduce myself lol
My name is Carmen and I am 5'3 and a 1/2. Long story made short- I started my SP journey at 220 lbs back in 2006 and got all the way down to 147 lbs in 2009. Unfortunately I forgot every single solitary thing I learned on the way down, thought I was too cute and skinny lol and could eat whatever I wanted, and therefore gained it ALL back (minus about 5 lbs) over the course of 2 years.
Thankfully I'm back, and ready to make this a way of life. My goal is to be more active on here to keep myself reminded that this is a new life, not just a temporary thing.
Nice to meet everybody in advance!!
