HI. I have the same calorie per day set. I'm also 5'2". I don't usually have a hard time staying within that unless I eat out for more than one meal. I try not to do that at all but on the days I work it's really hard.

Hi, I joined this team a while ago but never posted until now. I'm 5'2" and I am trying to get in the best shape of my life. Like the rest of you, there are challenges being so short. I recently went for metabolic testing and it looks like I need to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories/day - and I have a FAST metabolism. LOL! As you probably all know, eating one slice of pizza wipes out a significant portion of my calories just for the day. Anyway, I wanted to say "Hi". I've been reading the posts for this site and it seems like a great team.
