Welcome to the team! 4'10 and new here too. Best of luck learning to juggle it all, I'm doing the same. I spent 2010 learning to put ME first and saying NO. The benefits of that have paid off in 34 pounds gone. I'm still on my journey. Cheering for you!

Well so fat I just fit in exercise whenever possible, the only days that I don't workout is the days that I work which isn't to often. I've been going to the gym, playing the wii with the kids and also working out to my dance it off workout video. Which my girls also participate in that as well. I think that is what keeps me going is that my girls like to workout with me as well. emoticon

AMAIDEN1, what kind of workouts are you doing right now to get the weight off? You mentioned that you didn't have a whole lot of time, so I am just wondering what is your plan? I know as a mother of two, it is often very difficult to get my workouts in, but I get up really early in the AM to workout (5 AM) just to ensure I get it in. I am willing to help you out, just let me know what I can do to help. We are all here to help and encourage. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi everyone my name is Ashia, and I'm new to the team. My height is 4'10", and new to being over weight. I am the mother of two and barely have time for myself, but trying to put forth the effort to get this weight off at least until I am at a healthy weight.
