Hi! I just joined SP a week ago. I'm 4'11 (and a bit, on a good day....) and have never been under 160lbs. I am 27 and have two kids (the girl is 4 and the boy is 2) and need to change. I was sick for months last year - chronic fatigue syndrome - and gained weight, I was shocked to see 185 on the scale at Christmas time, before getting sick I was 170-175.
I know my "ideal" weight is under 120, but honestly I can't even conceive of being that small. Right now my goal is 140. I'm more focused on being healthy and active than I am on numbers.
I'm determined to make changes and loose wight, but I know myself, I know I'll need a push now and then, support, motivation. I'm glad I found this group because it is different when you're short, nice to know others understand that.
