I started sparks about 5 wks ago and have dropped 6 pds. I feel fantastic. I am on a challenge to lose 10 by 10/10/10 and I only have 4 to go. Another challenge I started last week was to lose 12 by 12/12. Starting wt for that one is 154.
The diff in those 6 pds is that my clothes are feeling and fitting better. Hopefully soon I can celebrate the milestone of getting in my 140's!
