I started sparks about 5 wks ago and have dropped 6 pds. I feel fantastic. I am on a challenge to lose 10 by 10/10/10 and I only have 4 to go. Another challenge I started last week was to lose 12 by 12/12. Starting wt for that one is 154.

The diff in those 6 pds is that my clothes are feeling and fitting better. Hopefully soon I can celebrate the milestone of getting in my 140's!

I started with just logging calories and lost 2# the first month. When I added in exercise, I went to 2# a week!

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hi! I'm new here - I've started Sparkpeople before but never completely jumped in (I logged calories on occasion and read an article once in a blue moon but that was it) and now I'm ready to get involved in all aspects of it! I can't wait to start seeing the number on the scale go down!!
