My prob isn't hips and thighs, I am an apple shape. no hips, and thicker through the middle. The only small pkg I have is my height, I like it though because my hubs Jim is only 5'6 and we were made for eachother!

Welcome to the team. Soooo exciting to 'meet' someone who is the same height and very similar weight. Unfortunately I know allll too well about the hips and thighs - sigh. emoticon

Smile .... it makes people wonder what you're up to ;-)

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

or so I've been told all my life. I just didn't expect them to mean my hips, thighs, and butt!
I am 5'0 and 185lbs. I used to hover around 160 until I broke my ankle 2 years ago and a long term of forced inactivity had left it's mark.
