I actually do the biggest loser last chance workout which is 60 minutes long and combines 35 minutes of aggressive aerobics with 20 minutes of strength training. A good sweaty time is had by all. I do this six days a week.
Progress not perfection is the key to living every day to its fullest!!!

I go to Curves 3 times a week and that is about 35 minutes and that counts as ST and Cardio.
I also power walk 5 times a week, weather permitting, that is about 23 minutes for 1.6 miles.
I am trying to find the time to start the C25K again, then I'll be running about 2-3 miles 3 times a week.
How often do you do cardio and for how long? How often do you strength train and for how long?
I ask because I reluctantly must modify my schedule or I am going to fail at something. I am going from doing cardio five days a week for an hour to four days a week for 45 minutes but I am adding strength two days a week for thirty minutes.
I have to modify my exercise because come late August I will be in school full-time and working full-time. I will not have time for it all in the form that I used to. I am afraid that my progress will fly out the window though.
