Congratulations on already making some good lifestyle changes. It sounds like you're on your way!

I started Spark at 186 pounds (I'm 5'2...or really 5' 1.5" but like you, I like to stretch it!). I'm back now because I've put some weight back on, but just wanted to reassure you that your goal is very reachable!!

emoticon Thanks for allowing me to join such a great group. I can't wait to start interacting with all of you. Finally a group of people that understand what its like to be short and fat (sorry if that term offends anyone). I am so tired of being asked if I'm pregnant. No I'm not pregnant my baby is almost 19.
A little background on me. I'm 5'3" (honestly probably more like 5'2.5" but I always stretch it the extra half inch). LOL I currently weigh about 185lbs and would like to be a maximum 120lbs but preferably 110lbs. I am apparently pre-diabetic and haven't taken it as seriously as I should have. I have fallen so far off the wagon that it's made several trips without me aboard. I gave up on me and only recently came back to SP. I am learning from my mistakes and I have set smaller goals for myself. I gave up drinking the diet pepsi I was so addicted to about a month ago. And just last week I started making sure I was eating breakfast everyday. I feel these changes are for the better and as much as I want to lose the weight overnight I know that is not going to happen, so I will take the slow and sure route and know that I will get there.
