Hello everyone... I'm not new to Spark but to this team! I'm 5' 2" and need to drop @ 50lbs. I'm 33 and will be turning 34 in August. I really would like to be at my goal or pretty close byt then. I lost 25 lbs last yr but gained back 15.
My hubby has high blood pressure and the doc has been trying to get him to drop @ 60lbs. So I got back on track to get my family going in the right direction. I have 2 boys (13 & 10) and 1 girl (8) whom all love to exercise with me.
