Hey There - I just recently rejoined Spark People with a new set of goals and expectations for myself.. I just quit smoking and decided to make a lifestyle change due to certain health issues and weight issues.. I am 36 and feel like I'm 56.. I am about 14lbs overweight but on my short frame, it is like 30. I don't excercise and I don;t usually eat healthy.. This is a huge transformation for me so I am taking baby steps. I am using my treadmill and doing some strength training excercises at home. I am hoping that joining this message board will help me find friends that will keep me motivated.. 'd love to meet you and hear your stories to hopefully inspire me to stick to my changes...
