I need to re-commit every day, but if I think about what that means, I wilt. So I just try to say, "I will do this today." If that is too hard, I will say "I will do this for the next hour."

Hi i am Chelle i am really good about losing weight but once i get side tracked the pounds seems to pile on and i lose focus of staying healthy. I am a diabetic and i lose and gain excessive amount of weight
