Hi, there! I didn't know that this team existed, but I think this would be a good team to join too! I've been on SparkPeople since April, but I just found you guys.
Anyway, I think it's more difficult to gauge how much is good weight loss when you're "fun-sized"(that's what my daughter calls me). My sister is taller than me, and she can carry on more weight, and look fine.
I'm almost at my goal, but I'm thinking of adjusting my goal to 118 or 120 since I would like to just tone up now. Oh, yeah, there are some troublesome spots like my belly--but I think I could live without having a six-pack--I call it a mini-keger for me. LOL Unfortunately, when I do lose weight, I start losing it in the chest area.
Does anyone have this problem, too? Oh, well.
Anyway, I don't want the weight to creep up after I meet my goal, so I will continue to do my cardio and strength training, and eating healthy.
