Welcome and good luck. You can do it because you have the right attitude. My son and daughter are both at Ohio State (I'm in Cleveland also) Isn't the RPAC awesome? (a brand new, huge, state of the art recreation center for students.) It's a great place to meet your goals.

Welcome Back Liz!

You do have a busy schedule - and that is a great way to be actually. Think about what boredom might do for your weight.

It sounds like you have a lot of competency and capability. Apply that stuff to your weight loss and maintenance. Remember - you know just what to do. Now do it emoticon .

I'm up in Cleveland, working and trying to find some "self-fulfilling" things to do that will keep me from "over-filling". So far my workouts and gardening have kept me busy, busy, busy.

Let me know how I can be of assistance!

Hi,
Iím Liz. Iíve been a member for a couple of years but havenít stuck to it that well either in the food/exercise tracking or in the community. I have gained a few pounds recently due to what I believe to be emotional and stress eating. I have already lost about 60 lbs from diet and exercise and I am terrified of gaining it back, so that is why I joined Spark People. I think that it is a great website. Iím a fulltime college student at The Ohio State University and work part time so I am very busy. I also volunteer two hours a week at a literacy center in my town to help speakers of other languages to learn English. I love it! When I was heavier, I had no energy for all the stuff I have going on now, and I donít want to lose it! Nice to meet you!
