Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. This Thanksgiving was definitely brutal on the weight loss efforts. :) I've been working out finally more consistently but have to start tackling the diet soon.

I've been lurking around these boards and have finally decided to post an introduction. Hi! I'm 5'2 weighing in at *sheepishly* 121.5lbs. EEKS. I haven't weighed this much since college and would like to go back to my 110-115 self. My second child is now 4 months old so I thought I'd get started on this "losing the baby weight before people start thinking I'm pregnant again" road. With my first baby I gained 28lbs and lost 23 in the first 2 weeks. The last 5 stayed on until I weaned and went on the SBD. Then with number 2 I gained 25lbs and lost 18lbs the first 3 weeks and have kept the last 7lbs on.
I know it doesn't seem too much to lose, but I'm sure all of you under 5'3ers know how 5-10lbs can make such a big difference on your body. I'm hoping to get back into my size 0 jeans by next summer. I don't know if this belly fat will every disappear though. :)
