I might lower my goal too. Right now, I'm feeling like it's too low. I've been over my calories for most of the week. I know it's because I'm fitting into clothes that I've haven't been able to fit into for many years. It's a good feeling, but it doesn't encourage me to lose more weight.
I also raised my calorie range so I would lose weight at a slow pace, but I'm going over that new higher range, not by much, but I know my motivation to lose more is lacking. There is no hurry on deciding a goal.

Welcome! I changed my goal once I got closer. I need something I KNEW I could achieve first. You don't want to be doubting how low you set it when things get tough . . . and they almost always get tough at some point or many points! Stick with something safe for now and then go from there. We are glad to have you on the team!

Hi everone! My name is April, I'm 26 and 4'11" and 187 pounds. I'm just now starting to feel the size 14s get looser, my goal was to get down to a size ten, but now I don't know, I might need to strive for better.
