I might lower my goal too. Right now, I'm feeling like it's too low. I've been over my calories for most of the week. I know it's because I'm fitting into clothes that I've haven't been able to fit into for many years. It's a good feeling, but it doesn't encourage me to lose more weight.
I also raised my calorie range so I would lose weight at a slow pace, but I'm going over that new higher range, not by much, but I know my motivation to lose more is lacking. There is no hurry on deciding a goal.
