Me, too. I just joined SparkPeople last week. I would like to be at goal by mid-summer. I want to feel sexy in short shorts. I'm going to show people that I'm not too old to have sexy legs. My father said that muscular legs on a woman aren't sexy. I'm going to prove him wrong.

Hello and welcome! I, too, found my last pound to be elusive...I just couldn't lose it, so I gave up and began maintainance mode...I've since lost 5 pounds...he he he. Anyway...we've got a great team here...glad to have you!!

Hit goal 11/1/07 and maintaining!!

Hi Sarah and welcome! It seems we all have similar goals...I am 5'2" and I want to lose 25 pounds by the time I turn 40 in July...hopefully, we can all motivate each other to get to our goal. Lucille :-))

I checked out your home page and your doing it right. keep those F & V high and I will see you on the treadmill. you are far in front of me. I did 1 1/2 miles at 4.6. This was pretty good for me. I have almost 20 years on you. Hang in there.

We are the same height and have the same goal, give or take a few pounds emoticon

Right now I'm aiming for the 10 stone barrier, I did manage to get under 11 for a couple weeks then went up again.

I'm from the UK, but don't live there full time, can't stand the weather!

Congrats on your weight loss so far, they always say the last few pounds are the hardest!

Don't beat yourself up though, you can do this.

Have you taken your measurements at all, I usually see a bigger difference with the tape measure than the scale.

Hi everyone

I'm Sarah, 28 from Perth, Scotland. I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 133 pounds. I attend Scottish slimmers classes once a week (kinda like weight watchers) and they have my target weight as 132 pounds - that number has been elusive and I have weighed in at the same 133 for the last 4 weeks....AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!

I want to go a bit further than their target and get back down to 9 stone - 126 pounds - a nice weight I got down to in about 2002/2003 - but it all crept back on and I got to my biggest ever weight of 147 - 10 stone 7 pounds - alot of people told me I was mad to 'go on a diet' and that I didn't need to lose weight - but it's me that has to live in this skin huh!! - Anyhoo they all eat their words now and compliment me on the weight I have lost (a whole stone - if I can do a stone how come one measly pound is damn hard???)

I DO NOT want to be entering my thirties unhappy with myself and how I look (I know it's still a year and a half away, but there is no denying I will be 30 in 2009)

I want to be happy and healthy and look great in my bikini on the beach this year (although BF said I looked ok last year I look at the pics and cringe - the rolls of fat ugh!!)

Anyhoo, enough babbling by me - hope to have fun on here with everyone and hopefully take part in a few cool challenges to help along the way with motivation and sticking to THE PLAN!!
