I'm Sarah, 28 from Perth, Scotland. I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 133 pounds. I attend Scottish slimmers classes once a week (kinda like weight watchers) and they have my target weight as 132 pounds - that number has been elusive and I have weighed in at the same 133 for the last 4 weeks....AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!
I want to go a bit further than their target and get back down to 9 stone - 126 pounds - a nice weight I got down to in about 2002/2003 - but it all crept back on and I got to my biggest ever weight of 147 - 10 stone 7 pounds - alot of people told me I was mad to 'go on a diet' and that I didn't need to lose weight - but it's me that has to live in this skin huh!! - Anyhoo they all eat their words now and compliment me on the weight I have lost (a whole stone - if I can do a stone how come one measly pound is damn hard???)
I DO NOT want to be entering my thirties unhappy with myself and how I look (I know it's still a year and a half away, but there is no denying I will be 30 in 2009)
I want to be happy and healthy and look great in my bikini on the beach this year (although BF said I looked ok last year I look at the pics and cringe - the rolls of fat ugh!!)
Anyhoo, enough babbling by me - hope to have fun on here with everyone and hopefully take part in a few cool challenges to help along the way with motivation and sticking to THE PLAN!!
