Welcome. Gaining it back is the biggest bummer and I am in that group. I fight every day to say I want to be healthy but it's easier to join the potato group. When I am at jazzercise and I want to quite I say to myself. "I want to be a potato". It makes the pain go away and makes me laugh. It makes me think about how far I have come and that I don't want to go back. It's really hard. I also suffer from the self inflected I'm thinner so I can eat it now syndrom. I could be really hot looking if I was 10" taller. Welcome and lets get some action on this board. I have 15 to get rid of + the 10 I gained back. Lynn shiver me timbers -lose those pounds or walk the plank. I will be shacking it at jazzercise tonight

Just found this team today. I've been with Spark since Jan 2007. I lost some weight then gained it back This team is a great idea since us petite people have different issues. I'm looking forward to getting the weight off and keeping it off!
