I agree on the processed food. I do use coupons for pasta, pasta sauce, some flour coupons, yogurt, frozen veggies sometimes, ice cream, diet soda, salad dressing and the occasional processed food that make good lunches. In my house, breakfast and lunch is fend for self, but often times there are left overs and such, but not always. So maybe cold cuts, sliced cheese, a few microwave meals here and there, frozen pizzas, frozen burritos, etc. Oh, peanut butter and jelly coupons are common for me too. Some condiments like ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, etc. So all depends on what you use.
