Hi Alyssa, and welcome to the team. We try not to eat to much processed food, but do eat some. I use coupons for Kashi products; Greek yogurt; Eggland eggs; Simply Smart or Smart Balance milk; organic Applegate products, Some WW products, etc. I have 2 dogs, so use coupons on many of their treats. I'm 64 & have been using coupons for years - saved $30.50 today at the store !! Good luck on your couponing, it takes time, but you will get the hang of it.
I agree on the processed food. I do use coupons for pasta, pasta sauce, some flour coupons, yogurt, frozen veggies sometimes, ice cream, diet soda, salad dressing and the occasional processed food that make good lunches. In my house, breakfast and lunch is fend for self, but often times there are left overs and such, but not always. So maybe cold cuts, sliced cheese, a few microwave meals here and there, frozen pizzas, frozen burritos, etc. Oh, peanut butter and jelly coupons are common for me too. Some condiments like ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, etc. So all depends on what you use.

hello I am alyssa, I live in tallahassee with my soon to be husband. currently watching my 2 nephews (4 and 8) for a year that has been different. I am a huge newbie to the whole couponing thing still trying to get the hang of it and most coupons I see for food wise is all processed stuff which we are trying to avoid.
