There are many online coupon groups that you can join for swapping coupons, if you are willing to spend the postage. Otherwise, google your area for local coupon bloggers. I always think that is the best way to start. Or google coupon bloggers for whatever local stores you have. Many bloggers do the national chains at least.

Hi. I'm a professional petsitter and amateur soap maker. I'm also the fulltime caretaker for my disabled mother and grandmother. I've used coupons on occaision, but was never what you would call a serious couponer. A reporter on a local morning show is very enthusiastic about couponing and her segments on the subject got me more interested. I've started setting up my binder. I'm looking for sources of coupons that I can use, swap or sell. I'd especially love to hear from anyone in the Roseville/Sacramento, CA area.
