Hi everyone, my name is Karen and I'm trying to lose ten pounds and learn how to keep it off. So far, I'm really loving SparkPeople. The little victories I have give me the kick start I need toward the next one. I've been uncomfortable with the weight I've gained in college since last year, and tried to diet over the summer, but this is the first plan I've started that I'm excited about. So far I've lost a pound after my first week! I'm really looking forward to feeling better about myself.
