Hello and welcome, search for teams that share some of your interest. I wouldn't join too many teams at once because it can become hard to keep up with them. Have you set your goals up? If not do that. If your going to use the sites exercise plans I would print them out a week at time so you can have them at hand. I don't follow the food plan I input my own. I try to keep breakfast and lunch with the same couple of meals so I can copy them over makes traking a little easier.
