I'm a 43 yo Grandmother of two. My husband and I are raising the boys, ages 19 mos and 4 yo. My husband is 10+ years younger than me. Over the last two years I've managed to gain over 50 lbs, considering I was heavier than I should have been before that, that's not good. I'm out of shape, and the boys run me ragged. I've got to get this weight off, as it is hurting me, and get into better shape. I want to be around for my husband and my boys, be able to have fun with them, do activities and not hold any of us back. I'm hoping this is the beginning of reaching those goals.
