Mearth: Congrats on the new leaf. Let's just hope we can all keep it going! Would like to get back to loosing weight, but my weight varies so much dependent on my monthly cycle that it is hard to know if I am loosing or not.

10/5/13 5K Grace Pet Fest 38:47.6
12/1/13 Secret City Half Marathon around 3 hours and 4 minutes
4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)


 current weight: 5.9  over

Greetings! I'm new to the Team and a coupon clipper! It's my Sunday morning ritual and probably the most relaxing thing I do for myself every week. I also plan my grocery list and make a draft of possible meals for the week at the same time!

I've been on SP for a couple years now. I had done really well for a while and lost 40+ lbs, and then I got derailed and then discouraged and then gave up and I'm back to square one! I truned over my new leaf Sept 1st (Labor Day) and have lost 2 lbs so far!

Hello, I have just joined this coupon group on sparkpeople. Been a member of spark for awhile, but someone on another coupon group, not a spark group, mentioned this one, so I joined. Joined the other coupon group, I think in August last year and have started using more coupons. Love CVS with the extra bucks. I am not a true coupon lady, but I am learning. Any hints for the newer among us, especially if we don't use a lot of convenience food? I find I use less coupons than many, because I cook more from scratch to cut down on salt.
